SECTION 19: PURCHASED ASSETS & DIGITAL GOODS
ImpulseRP offers exclusive digital assets, including custom vehicles, weapon skins, and unique items. These assets are tied to the purchasing player and come with specific protections and restrictions. Abuse, theft, or fraudulent claims regarding these assets will result in severe consequences.
19.1 – ROBBERY OF PURCHASED ASSETS
Tier 1 Violation → Escalates to Tier 5 (Repeat Offenses)
Purchased assets (e.g., 1-of-1 vehicles, premium weapons, exclusive skins) cannot be robbed from other players.
If your purchased asset is stolen, file a reimbursement ticket for restoration.
Law enforcement may confiscate purchased weapons for up to 14 days in RP scenarios (e.g., arrests) but must return them after the time period expires.
Escalation for Violations:
1st Offense: Tier 1 + 5 Infraction Points
2nd Offense: Tier 5 + 25 Infraction Points
3rd Offense: Tier 6 + 35 Infraction Points
19.2 – PROOF OF OWNERSHIP
Tier 3 Violation
Only the original purchaser (verified via metadata) is eligible to reclaim a purchased asset.
Items stolen or transferred improperly will be removed from unauthorized players, and punitive actions will follow.
19.3 – FALSE CLAIMS OR REIMBURSEMENT FRAUD
Tier 8 Violation (Character Wipe – Non-Appealable)
Filing false reports or fraudulent tickets for asset reimbursement is prohibited.
All reimbursement claims undergo investigation; players submitting fraudulent claims will face severe punishment.
19.4 – CHARGEBACKS & PAYMENT REVERSALS
Tier 7 Violation (Permanent Ban)
Attempting to chargeback purchases (digital goods) is forbidden under our refund policy.
Filing a chargeback results in:
Permanent ban from ImpulseRP
Permanent ban from Tebex network purchases (cannot be appealed)
To appeal an ImpulseRP ban after resolving a chargeback:
All outstanding balances must be repaid.
Access to Tebex purchasing will remain revoked permanently; this is enforced by Tebex, not ImpulseRP.

19.5 – PROHIBITION OF REAL-WORLD SALES FOR IN-GAME ITEMS
Tier 7 Violation (Permanent Ban – Non-Appealable)
Players are strictly forbidden from selling any in-game assets — whether obtained through gameplay or purchased via the ImpulseRP Tebex Store — for real-world currency or goods.
This includes weapons, vehicles, property, or any digital asset, regardless of how it was originally acquired.
All parties involved in such transactions (buyers and sellers) will be permanently banned from the server and community.
ImpulseRP is not liable for lost money, disputes, or chargebacks arising from unauthorized real-world transactions. No refunds will be provided, and Tebex’s permanent purchasing ban will apply.
