ImpulseRP – Official Staff Structure

Leadership-focused, organized, and efficient.

1. Server Director

Role Summary: The Server Director is the highest authority within ImpulseRP. They oversee the entire community, operations, development, and long-term vision of the server.

Discord Responsibilities:

  • Final authority over all decisions, policies, and staff actions.

  • Establishes server-wide standards, rules, and expectations.

  • Supervises the Staff Director and Development leadership.

  • Evaluates overall community health, growth, and performance.

  • Handles major escalations, appeals, or situations affecting the entire server.

In-Server Responsibilities:

  • Ensures overall server quality, gameplay consistency, and RP standards.

  • Oversees server-wide updates, launches, resets, and major events.

  • Monitors staff activity and ensures proper handling of in-game operations.

  • Conducts review sessions to address player concerns and ensure fair play.


2. Staff Director

Role Summary: The Staff Director is the second-in-command and the direct overseer of all staff members. They manage the staff team, enforce procedures, and ensure that daily operations run smoothly.

Discord Responsibilities:

  • Leads the entire staff hierarchy (Management, Admins, Mods, Trial Staff).

  • Manages staff training, assignments, scheduling, and performance reviews.

  • Handles staff issues, misbehavior, and internal communication.

  • Reviews support tickets, evidence, and escalated situations before sending to the Director.

  • Ensures every staff member follows community standards and professionalism guidelines.

In-Server Responsibilities:

  • Oversees all staff activity during live gameplay.

  • Makes decisions on escalated incidents, major disputes, or complex RP issues.

  • Ensures roleplay quality is maintained and staff interventions are appropriate.

  • Provides on-the-spot training or correction to staff members in active scenarios.

  • Monitors player experience and resolves issues before they impact the server environment.


3. Management Team

Role Summary: Management assists the Staff Director and helps operate community and staff activities. They act as department leaders and upper staff.

Discord Responsibilities:

  • Supports staff training, onboarding, and evaluation.

  • Handles high-level tickets, player appeals, and complex reports.

  • Coordinates community feedback, events, and activity checks.

  • Communicates operational issues to the Staff Director.

In-Server Responsibilities:

  • Supervises day-to-day gameplay quality and resolves escalated incidents.

  • Oversees RP areas and helps maintain fairness, realism, and engagement.

  • Mediates disputes and assists players during peak activity hours.

  • Ensures staff directives are followed correctly during live situations.


4. Development Team

Role Summary: The Development Team handles the creation, testing, and maintenance of all scripts, vehicles, systems, and features for the server.

Discord Responsibilities:

  • Develops and maintains server features, assets, and technical components.

  • Reviews bug reports, suggestions, and optimization issues.

  • Coordinates roadmap updates with the Director and Staff Director.

  • Uses internal systems to organize development workflow.

In-Server Responsibilities:

  • Tests jobs, systems, vehicles, and features in live environments.

  • Identifies gameplay issues and evaluates player experience from a technical angle.

  • Assists staff leadership during major updates or changes.

  • Helps ensure balance, stability, and performance across the server.


5. Administrators

Role Summary: Administrators enforce community rules, handle reports, and support both players and Moderators.

Discord Responsibilities:

  • Reviews player reports, support tickets, and evidence.

  • Assists with rule clarification and community guidance.

  • Documents staff actions and escalates serious cases to Management.

  • Helps onboard new staff and guide Trial Staff during training.

In-Server Responsibilities:

  • Monitors gameplay for rule-breaking, disputes, or harmful behavior.

  • Helps players with support needs, onboarding issues, or questions.

  • Enforces RP standards and intervenes in situations that disrupt RP.

  • Escalates serious or repeated issues to Management or the Staff Director.


6. Moderators

Role Summary: Moderators are the frontline of staff operations. They handle basic enforcement, player support, and maintaining everyday RP flow.

Discord Responsibilities:

  • Monitors chat and responds to simple questions or concerns.

  • Verifies new players and assists with onboarding.

  • Documents minor incidents and forwards details to Administrators.

  • Provides community guidance and keeps discussions civil.

In-Server Responsibilities:

  • Helps maintain order in active RP situations.

  • Assists new players with understanding rules and server mechanics.

  • Addresses minor disputes or rule violations before they escalate.

  • Maintains a presence across the map to ensure good RP conditions.


7. Trial Staff

Role Summary: Entry-level staff learning the server’s systems, procedures, and expectations.

Discord Responsibilities:

  • Observes and learns staff procedures.

  • Assists with simple questions and minor organizational tasks.

  • Works under the supervision of Moderators and Administrators.

In-Server Responsibilities:

  • Shadows experienced staff to understand workflow.

  • Learns when to escalate situations and how to communicate professionally.

  • Supports basic player assistance while supervised.
