This is our Refund Policy for our Tebex Store!
Thank you for supporting ImpulseRP through our official Tebex store. All purchases made on our platform are governed by the following Digital Product and Refund Policy. By finalizing a transaction, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms below.
1. Nature of Digital Content
All products offered through the ImpulseRP Store are non-physical digital items—including scripts, in-game currency, vehicles, businesses, properties, clothing packs, and other assets designed for the FiveM framework. These products are delivered instantly or shortly after purchase and may require brief configuration or development time for activation.
2. Refunds and Returns
Because our products are digital and accessible immediately after purchase, all sales are final. We do not issue refunds, replacements, or returns under any circumstances, including dissatisfaction, accidental purchase, or incompatibility.
3. Product Exchanges
An exchange request may be submitted within 24 hours of delivery only if the incorrect product was issued or the item is defective upon delivery. Approval is at the sole discretion of an ImpulseRP Director or Owner.
4. Revisions and Adjustments
Minor adjustments or revisions to a purchased item may be requested within 72 hours after delivery. Requests made after this timeframe will not be accepted.
5. Buyer Responsibility
Before purchasing, please ensure you have reviewed all product descriptions, images, and compatibility information. ImpulseRP is not responsible for buyer errors, version mismatches, or installation issues resulting from third-party modifications.
6. Technical Support
If you encounter technical issues with your purchased product, our team will do its best to assist. You can contact us by opening a support ticket in our official ImpulseRP Discord, or by emailing roleplayimpulsefivem@gmail.com. While we aim to resolve all issues, compatibility with modified servers or client files is not guaranteed.
7. Fraud and Unauthorized Purchases
Any fraudulent activity, unauthorized purchases, or payment reversals will result in the immediate revocation of all purchased assets and possible permanent suspension from the ImpulseRP network.
8. Chargebacks and Disputes
Initiating a chargeback, payment dispute, or refund claim through your payment provider violates this policy. Doing so may result in permanent account suspension and blacklisting across all ImpulseRP services.
9. Redistribution and Resale
Reselling, sharing, modifying, or redistributing ImpulseRP products without authorization is strictly prohibited. Violation of this policy will result in immediate termination of access and potential legal or DMCA action.
10. Policy Updates
ImpulseRP reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice. Customers are responsible for staying informed by reviewing this page regularly.
11. Suspensions and Bans
If a player is suspended or permanently banned from ImpulseRP, all in-game assets and purchases are forfeited. No refunds, transfers, or reimbursements will be provided.
12. Business Ownership Terms
All purchases related to in-game business ownership are governed by the Business Rules found in our official rulebook: ImpulseRP Business Rules. ImpulseRP retains full authority to adjust or revoke business privileges at any time.
13. Game Economy Adjustments
To maintain economic balance and fair gameplay, ImpulseRP reserves the right to modify, rebalance, or remove digital items at any time. This includes adjustments to pricing, features, or in-game performance without prior notice.
14. Inactive Account Forfeiture
Accounts that remain inactive for 60 days or more will be considered dormant. All associated assets, properties, and purchases may be permanently cleared or reallocated to support active players and new users. Brief or occasional logins do not qualify as active participation—consistent gameplay is required to retain ownership.
15. Acknowledgment
By completing a purchase through the ImpulseRP Tebex Store, you confirm that you have read and accepted all terms stated in this policy. Violation of these terms may result in loss of access, account suspension, or removal of purchased items without compensation.
