Interactions with staff should be respectful, professional, and cooperative at all times. Staff members are here to ensure fair play, resolve disputes, and maintain the integrity of ImpulseRP. Any attempts to undermine, disrupt, or manipulate staff actions will be met with severe disciplinary measures.
11.1 – RESPECT AND COMPLIANCE DURING STAFF INTERVENTIONS
Tier 3 Violation
When staff intervene, immediately cooperate:
Remain calm and listen to instructions.
Do not shout, argue, or talk over others.
Present your perspective clearly and allow staff to review evidence.
The faster and more respectful the interaction, the quicker the resolution.
11.2 – MUTUAL RESPECT BETWEEN STAFF AND PLAYERS
Tier 3 Violation
Disrespect toward staff — whether in-character, out-of-character, or in Discord — will not be tolerated.
Professionalism is also expected between staff members during internal discussions.
If you believe you were treated unfairly, file a staff report rather than resorting to insults or public arguments.
11.3 – NEUTRALITY & EVIDENCE-BASED INVESTIGATIONS
Tier 2 Violation
Staff decisions must always be impartial and grounded in available evidence.
There is no favoritism; all incidents are reviewed equally.
Players may request clarification or appeal decisions through proper channels — respectfully and without harassment.
11.4 – FALSE OR MANIPULATIVE REPORTING
Tier 5 Violation
Submitting fake evidence, edited clips, or intentionally misleading reports is strictly prohibited.
Withholding key context (e.g., cropping clips to frame another player) will result in penalties against the reporter.
Reports must aim to resolve issues, not “win” disputes or retaliate against others.
11.5 – INTERFERING WITH STAFF ACTIONS
Tier 3 Violation
Do not involve yourself in staff situations that do not concern you:
Avoid riding past or inserting yourself into staff sits.
If you have relevant information, wait to be called upon rather than interrupting ongoing investigations.
11.6 – BLACKMAIL AND THREATS
Tier 5 Violation
Threatening to report another player or staff member in exchange for items, money, or favors is strictly forbidden.
All staff interactions must remain separate from gameplay and free of coercion or extortion.
