When a business owner is permanently banned, their ownership rights are immediately revoked and cannot be transferred, inherited, or claimed by unregistered individuals. This ensures fairness and prevents last-minute exploitation of the system.
6.1 – Revocation of Ownership
A permanently banned owner forfeits all rights to their business.
Ownership cannot be handed off, transferred, or “willed” to another player, regardless of relationships or agreements.
The business will be repossessed by Business Management and may later be reopened for purchase.
No refunds will be provided for businesses purchased through Tebex or otherwise, as per ImpulseRP’s digital goods policy.
6.2 – Co-Owner Involvement
Only officially registered co-owners listed in the Business Directory prior to the ban retain any rights to claim shares.
Adding “last-minute” co-owners before a ban or during an investigation will not be recognized and is strictly prohibited.
6.3 – Updating Records After a Ban
In the event of a permanent ban, Business Management must be notified via a Business ticket so the directory and ownership records can be updated.
Failure to report these changes may result in penalties for any remaining co-owners or associated staff attempting to act as primary owners without authorization.
