SECTION 1: ENTERPRISE ACQUISITION
1.1 – Introducing a New Business
ImpulseRP offers three official tiers of player-owned businesses:
Free Businesses (Starter Tier): City-assigned MLOs and scripts with limited functionality.
Preset Premium Businesses (Preset Tier): City-assigned MLOs and scripts that include advanced features, interiors, or roleplay systems.
Custom Business Imports (Custom Tier): Player-selected MLOs and business concepts, approved prior to purchase.
To begin the process, players must first purchase a business package through the ImpulseRP Tebex Store under the Business section. Once the purchase is completed, a Sales Ticket must be opened in Discord under the Business Sales category to initiate setup and verification.
All business setups and ownerships are managed by the Business Management Team to ensure balance, quality, and compatibility within the city.
1.2 – Business Acquisition Process
Each business tier has unique requirements and setup procedures:
Free Businesses (Starter Tier)
Free businesses come with a pre-selected MLO and script chosen by city staff.
These businesses are limited in availability and are distributed on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Owners cannot request alternate MLOs, scripts, or locations.
These businesses are designed for basic functionality and entry-level ownership.
Preset Premium Businesses (Preset Tier)
Preset Premium businesses also use city-selected MLOs and scripts, but include more advanced features such as custom interiors, extended systems, or revenue mechanics.
These are pre-built by the Development Team and available for purchase on the Tebex Store.
Setup includes signage, management permissions, and all related configurations.
Custom Business Imports (Custom Tier)
Players may choose their own MLO and business concept to import into the city.
Before purchasing, players must open a Support Ticket to confirm that their selected MLO or script is compatible with the server.
Failure to obtain approval prior to purchase will result in the player accepting full liability if the MLO or script is incompatible.
As stated in our Tebex Policy, no refunds will be issued for incompatible or unsupported content.
Once approved and purchased, the business will be configured and imported by the Development Team.
1.3 – Purchasing an Existing Business with In-Game Currency
An existing business may be sold for in-game currency if:
The current owner opens a ticket confirming the sale and terms.
Business Management verifies ownership and approves the transaction.
1.4 – Prohibition of Real-World Currency Transactions
Businesses cannot be sold or purchased with real-world money outside the official Tebex store.
Any attempt to bypass this (e.g., “side deals”) is considered real-world trading (RWT) and results in permanent bans for all parties. Staff will not mediate or refund unauthorized transactions.
1.5 – Standard Features for Newly Approved Businesses
All newly established businesses will receive:
Boss menu for hiring/firing staff
Employee stash for secure item storage
Business garage for work-related vehicles
Locked doors with permissions for staff access
1.6 – Employee Application Process
Businesses must handle hiring and onboarding via Discord business tickets to ensure proper record-keeping and transparency.
External application methods (Google Forms, etc.) are not permitted.
1.6 – Proposing a New Business Concept
Players who wish to propose a new business concept for future inclusion in the city may submit an idea through a Business Proposal Ticket under the Business category in Discord.
Your proposal must include:
The business name and concept
The intended roleplay value and contribution to the community
A detailed outline of the planned operations and management structure
All submitted proposals are reviewed by Business Management for originality, roleplay potential, and compatibility with the city’s economy. Approved concepts may be developed into future Preset Premium or Custom Business Import options at the discretion of management.
