SECTION 3: BUSINESS OWNERSHIP RULES

Owning one or more businesses in ImpulseRP is allowed, provided owners maintain transparency, proper record-keeping, and compliance with city oversight. The following rules ensure fairness and prevent abuse of business systems.

3.1 – Multiple Ownership

• There is no hard cap on how many businesses a player or character can own.

• However, each business must be properly registered with Business Management to ensure accurate updates to the official Business Directory.

• Failure to register a business risks removal of ownership rights.

3.2 – Discord & Communication Control

• Any Discord server or sub-community directly affiliated with a registered ImpulseRP business must include Business Management oversight.

• The Head of Business Management reserves authority to access or oversee these communities to ensure compliance and prevent OOC exploitation.

3.3 – Sale Transparency & High-Value Audits

• All sales or transfers of ownership must be formally reported to Business Management via a ticket.

• Any unreported sales are invalid; both buyer and seller risk loss of ownership and possible penalties.

• High-value business sales may trigger a personal asset audit of the buyer to ensure financial legitimacy.
